This incredible property will boast four unique and individualized vacation properties. The construction will be long and we are just getting started, but the vision is remarkable and we will strive to bring everything we can offer to this resort style property. With common spaces as well as dramatic landscape and conveniently located right off Route 19 just minutes from Burnsville and downtown Asheville. This is going to be an awesome experience and we hope you will join us along the way as we update our progress.
Common Space Pavilion
Here is a very simple illustration of what will be our first structure on the property. This pavilion will start its journey as our initial vacation rental spot, and will progress into an events space for guests of the property to enjoy and congregate. The structure will house a full bathroom and be outfitted with a sprawling kitchen. Double doors will draw you out under the pavilion where a bar will be waiting to entertain.
The surrounding area will boast a water feature complete with a waterfall and pond for hopefully some future permanent aquatic residents. We will also outfit the outdoor space with a natural stone patio focused around an enormous fire pit. There will also be dedicated charcoal grills, and extensive landscaping to immerse yourself in the incredible nature of the NC mountains.
Fire Tower
The fire tower will have its bedroom on the first elevated floor with privacy and a spa like bathroom. The second floor will be accessed by a staircase which will lead you into a glass surrounded observatory living room with kitchen and wrap around deck. This property will be perched as high as we can get it towards the top of the mountain and will be a pinnacle of luxury with rustic tastes. A morning cup of coffee looking out over the great Appalachian mountains will be the perfect escape for our visitors.
Evergreen Earth House
The earth house will have one of our most unique features which is a living roof. The property will be submerged in the mountain and will draw the soul of the mountain into the design. We are planning to bring natural boulders into the shower for a bathroom look that will amaze all our guests. The natural roof combined with the full and immersive windows all around make the home feel like it is peaking out of the mountain and inviting guests to cozy up inside, or around the fire pit just outside the living space. A truly remarkable design that will no doubt be a fan favorite among our guests.
Evergreen Treehouse
This incredible design is the first of our finalized drafts. This property will perch off the mountain and envelop itself in the surrounding trees. Some incredible features of note are the fully glass enclosed shower that juts out from the side of the house, and a glass enclosed spiral staircase that takes you to the crows nest which has a net suspended over the entire living room for lounging and to take in the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountainside forest.
